From an early age, I felt a deep curiosity about people and a heartfelt desire to support others through the challenges that life can bring. Over the past 25 years as a therapist, I've been honored to walk alongside individuals from many different backgrounds and life stages—witnessing their strength, resilience, and capacity for transformation.
There is something truly powerful about the moment someone begins to understand themselves more deeply and feels a renewed sense of freedom, growth, and hope. It is this process of healing and self-discovery that continues to inspire and motivate me every day.
